The Feminine Embodiment Mentorship is a raw, pure, energetic and wild exploration of who you really are. At your core.

Discover what it means to come home to yourself by tapping into your own unique energy flow. You will become aware of parts of yourself that you are not familiar with. You will learn what your unique way is to open to your potential every time and to bring focus so that you can live your life from complete inner freedom.
1:1 embodied mentoring sessions
In on and/or offline sessions, I work with all your dimensions (physical, mental, energetic and spiritual). I use impactful somatic empowerment tools such as deep touch, body movement, breath work, verbal coaching, energetic work, visualization and meditation. This allows energy to move again and your infinite potential to expand.

Throughout your journey I am fully present with you, creating a space where you can connect deeply with yourself, during and the between sessions. So that you can find the parts of yourself that you are looking for. I'm there and see what you need to accelerate. In this space the magic happens where your fire can do its work. So that flow is created on deep layers and impactful transformation takes place.

To firmly integrate the new version of yourself with each transformational shift, flow and integration work is an important part of Mentorship. What does this mean in the here and now, in your reality, in your daily life. How can you make the decisions you need to make and how can you firmly anchor this yourself in your life.
