MY STORY

I had it all: a successful career in sports and marketing, high-level leadership roles, a mother of three boys, a wonderful partner, and a life filled with abundance.

Then, boom… After the birth of my third son, I lost myself. The postpartum period was tough, and everything began to unravel. This marked the start of my journey.

As I moved from therapy to therapy to overcome deep-rooted childhood trauma, the universe led me to Somatic Self-Mastery. Reconnecting with my body became my path to light.

IT WAS A LIFE-CHANGING EXPERIENCE.
The energy shifted, and I uncovered my hidden truths and desires. I finally came home to myself. My inner fire ignited, allowing me to tap into my sensual life energy. I embraced the gifts I was born with to follow my purpose and live the life I was meant for.

I believe in a world where women stand at the center of their universe, taking full responsibility for their lives and choices. It’s time to balance our feminine and masculine powers and make a difference through soft strength, vulnerability, and raw authenticity, creating a more genuine world of fire and love.

For centuries, women have faced service, lack of agency over their bodies, limited choices, and trauma leading us away from our unique power, wildness, authenticity, creativity, playfulness, and sensuality.
