For years, I worked in the fast-paced world of international marketing.
I played the game: delivering quickly, working harder, keeping up with a rhythm that wasn’t mine.
Successful? Definitely, on the outside.
But when I became a mother of three boys, my foundation began to shift.
The speed that once gave me strength was now breaking me down.
My body spoke. My intuition whispered. My whole system started to crack.

The switch
I finally listened.
Less than a year after my third son was born, I turned everything around.
I left behind my career in marketing, dove deep into 2.5 years of study and embodiment work, and built my coaching business from the ground up.
Within a year, I had a full roster of clients.
Within two years, I was leading groups, coaching high-level leaders and entrepreneurs, and launching a second business alongside my practice.
And all of it, every part, was built on one truth:
Your body always knows the way.
Today, I bring together my background in marketing, my lived experience as a mother of three, and my expertise in embodied leadership to guide women toward their own version of success.

Credentials & Background
With over 17 years of experience in international marketing & leadership, and more than a decade of teaching and training in the world of sports, I bring a grounded, embodied approach to personal transformation. I’m a certified coach through the EMCC-accredited NONONS Coach Intensive, trained in Somatic & Embodiment (Taya Stapelfeldt Levels 1, 2, 3), and have deepened my work through programs like Mindfulness at Work and New Female Leaders: Authentic Leadership. Above all, I’m a mother of three, and I lead from lived experience.
